重物搬运体验
一、简介：
1、重物搬运为木质结构，尺寸一般是400*400*400mm,可根据现场实际尺寸调节。
2、体验重量由20kg、25kg、30kg组成。体验时应双手均衡抓取，须慢提慢放集中精力，以防误伤砸脚。
二、功能：
1、体验者在工作之前，应该提前做好热身运动，减少瞬间拉上扭伤。
2、既能锻炼身体，又能掌握面对重物时的正确搬运方法。
